A little while ago we switched SIM card rentals to SIMtolsrael. They really are a pleasure to work with. They go out of their way to help the customers, I had so many changes to my dates, and they refused to charge me for the extra days (it wasn't a large amount of money but it's the principal). Everything is included, hotspot, forwarding your American number etc. So many others use those as Add Ons. They were more than happy to mail me SIM cards to keep well in advance of my first trip using them. When you call them, you can hear the smile on the phone.

Bought a sim-card for use during my two-week stay in Israel. Even though I ordered it rather late, it was shipped very quickly and communication was personal and excellent.
This is certainly one of the best ways to get data and/or a temporary telephone number at a very good price.
I will certainly use this company again to get a SIM card for a next visit.

I've had brilliant service for 2 years in a row, leading tours to Israel. When our SIM cards didn't arrive in South Africa in time (our postal services delay), they was so helpful to send duplicates to our tour agents in Israel.
